Sisonke Msimang

Head, Storytelling and Training

Sisonke Msimang is the author of Always Another Country and The Resurrection of Winnie Mandela. She has written for a range of international publications including the New York Times and the Washington Post. She has been a regular storyteller and facilitator for The Moth and TED, and is currently the Literature and Ideas curator for Perth Writers Week 2020. Sisonke is responsible for setting direction of oral story projects, implementing policies around ethical standards for story collection, designing and delivering story training that is client-specific, running workshops and supervising story-training workshops, and ensuring quality delivery of service and stories.
