Robert Wood is the author of three books and has a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Western Australia. He has edited for Cordite Poetry Review, Peril Magazine, and Overland Journal. Robert has worked for Australian Poetry at The Wheeler Centre, and was a Faculty member of The School of Life (Melbourne). In 2017/2018, he was a Copyright Agency Emerging Critic with the Sydney Review of Books and an Endeavour Research Fellow at Columbia University. Robert is the current Chair of PEN Perth, an Interviewer for Liminal Magazine, and has a monthly column in the Los Angeles Review of Books. He is responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with local, national and international arts organisations and creatives; designing and delivering a program of activities; quality control of all creative outputs; and developing and implementing best-practice service delivery models.
