Writing Change, Writing Inclusion Mentor Trainee Program

Our Writing Change, Writing Inclusion trainee program is open for applications.

Our mentor trainee program is designed for people who are early in their writing career and are ready to take the next steps to becoming mentors themselves. We will pair you with a published author who will help you ‘level up’ your writing enterprise. You will also be paired with your first mentee: an emerging writer taking their first steps in the literature sector.

The mentor trainee program will run for 6 months with at least 4 contact hours a month. The program commences in September 2023 and ends in February 2024.

Applications open 29 May 2023 and close 11.59pm AWST 3 July 2023.

The successful applicant will be notified by email in the weeks following the closure of the application date.

Please ensure you read the guidelines before applying.

Applications are open for people who identify as CaLD and/or First Nations.
