Hot Desk Fellowship (round two) now open!

We're seeking applications from CALD and/or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds to complete a 8-12 week hot desk at Centre for Stories in Northbridge.

Funded by The Ian Potter Foundation, Australia Council and Centre for Stories Founders Circle, Writing Change, Writing Inclusion is a writing program offering support for early, emerging and established writers from CaLD and/or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.

Successful Hot Desk Fellowship applicants will receive a dedicated desk at the Centre for Stories for a total of 10 days spread out over 8 to 12 consecutive weeks. Applicants will be profiled on the Centre for Stories’ website and social media, and will have the opportunity to attend Centre for Stories events and workshops, attend networking events, interact with other writers, and seek support from Centre for Stories staff. Successful applicants are provided a stipend.

Applications for our second round of hot deskers open 4 August 2021 and close 11.59pm AWST 3 September 2021.

The successful applicant will be notified by email on the week starting 6 September 2021.
