Applications Now Open for the All Write – Early Career Fellowship

Centre for Stories is excited to announce that applications for the All Write – Early Career Fellowships are now open! This is an opportunity for emerging writers from diverse backgrounds to refine their craft and take their manuscript to the next level with the support of industry professionals.
Selected fellows will receive:
- A full manuscript assessment and an additional round of edits
- Manuscript test reader feedback
- Access to workshops and an optional desk at the Centre for Stories
- A weekend retreat in Margaret River
- The opportunity to have their work reviewed by Fremantle Press
The fellowship is open to writers who:
- Identify as a Person of Colour, CaLD, First Nations, LGBTQIA+, and/or living with disability
- Are currently residing in Western Australia and are over 18 years old
- Have completed a full manuscript of fiction or non-fiction (up to 100,000 words)
- Have evidence of at least three prior publications
The fellowship will run from November 2024 to June 2025. Applications are open now and will close at 11:59 PM on 28 October 2024. Successful applicants must also be available to attend the writing retreat in Margaret River from 12-13 April 2025.
