One Helluva Story: A Masterclass in Oral Storytelling

Saturday September 12 - Saturday September 19
10:00 - 14:00

This workshop covers the basics of story structure, delivery and craft. You’ll learn how to tell an oral story that has a purpose and do it without using notes and with a sense of confidence. It’s a course aimed at people who have something to say but aren’t quite sure how to say it. You can use these skills at home or at work, on quiz nights or on first dates, with your grandkids or a circle of friends. Facilitated by writer and storytelling expert, Sisonke Msimang.

This workshop takes place over two consecutive Saturdays. Participants must attend both sessions.

Saturday 12 September – 10am-2pm

Saturday 19 September – 10am-2pm
