In partnership with the Curtin Centre for Human Rights and Refugee Rights Action Network, the Centre for Stories is delighted to invite you to join us to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Come along and hear three amazing activists share their stories of activism.

Riyadh Al Hakimi
Collapse BioRiyadh Al Hakimi is a Masters graduate in International Studies, and a human rights practitioner. He came to Australia from homeland Iraq as a refugee and has returned on occasion to help in restorative community work. His ongoing activism in both Perth and Iraq includes coordinating the shipment of a thousand rough terrain children's wheelchairs to Iraq through Wheelchairs for Kids.
