Poetry in Conversation is an introduction and exploration of how poets write, read and talk.

Amanda Joy was born and raised in the Kimberley and Pilbara regions of Western Australia, her first full-length book, Snake Like Charms, was part of the UWAP Poetry series. Her poem Tailings won the 2016 Peter Porter Poetry Prize. She is the author of two chapbooks, Not Enough to Fold and Orchid Poems.

Robert Wood has interned for Overland and Wild Dingo Press, worked for Australian Poetry, edited for Peril and Cordite, been a columnist for Cultural Weekly and is on the faculty of The School of Life. At present he works for the Centre for Stories.
