
Brooke Dunnell is a Perth-born short story writer whose work has twice featured in Best Australian Stories. She has been published in the journals Westerly, Meanjin, and :etchingsmelb, and the collections Fire (Margaret River Press), New Australian Stories 2 (Scribe), and Allnighter (Cardigan Press). Her stories have also appeared on ABC Radio National. She has previously lectured and tutored in creative writing at the University of Western Australia, where she received her PhD in 2012.
