Centre for Stories
Emerging practitioners from the Centre’s Indian Ocean Mentoring project read from creative works in progress, focussing on identity, place and belonging. With Priya Kahlon, Raihanaty A Jalil & Rushil D’Cruz.
Funded by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, the Indian Ocean Mentoring project focuses on nurturing early and emerging writers of Indian Ocean heritage residing in WA. With the aim to support culturally diverse voices in the writing sector, we hope to inspire empathy and challenge dominant views.
This event is free but registration is essential! Please RSVP via Perth Festival.
