Story Lounge
Join experienced death café facilitator and counsellor Dr Margaret Sealy to discuss death, dying and loss in a safe space at Story Lounge.
Enjoy free cold brew coffee courtesy of Lulu Lala, or grab a coffee and a cake from a café in Hay Street Mall on your way.
Share your own experiences, ask questions, and meet new people whose ideas on death may challenge your own perspective.

Please note that the Story Lounge does not have a bathroom but visitors can use the public bathrooms across Hay Street Mall at the Food Court.

Margaret Sealy
Collapse BioDr Margaret Sealey (PhD) is a thanatologist – certified in death, dying and bereavement – who has worked in the end-of-life space for 25 years. Previously a Registered Nurse, Margaret holds Psychology and Counselling qualifications, and facilitates Death Cafes at Murdoch University to help people discuss this important aspect of life.
