Advanced Care Planning Workshop (SOLD OUT)

In this FREE 2 hour interactive workshop facilitated by Palliative Care WA, you will get the opportunity to explore what’s important to you and your family’s end-of-life wishes. We will take a “think, talk, write and share” approach to planning for the last stage of life. There is never a better time than now to ensure you and your loved one’s end-of-life care is as seamless, comfortable and dignified as it should be.

Located in the Great Southern Room at the State Library of WA, this guided workshop is facilitated by Sabena Lund and will explore:

About the Facilitator: Sabena Lund is the Community Education and Projects Coordinator at Palliative Care WA. Sabena is a highly skilled communicator, specialising in adult education, training and group facilitation. She has strong skills in developing and delivering adult education and training, facilitating groups, engaging with the community and working with volunteers. Sabena has a Master of Psychology (Counselling) from Curtin University.

Tickets are free but places are limited, so RSVP below to make sure you don’t miss out.


LOCATION

State Library of WA is located at 25 Francis St, Perth. The workshop will be held in the Great Southern Room, located on Level 4 of the Library. If you are attending the You Only Die Once panel happening before, there will be staff available to guide you to the room.
