Story Lounge
Undercurrent is a series of spoken word afternoons. Each month, local artists are invited to respond to a theme and meet new poems in the city. The theme of this event is ‘ebb’.
Half and half – five features, five open mic spots.
Connect, reflect, and, maybe, intersect.
Curated and hosted by Daley Rangi, a Māori antidisciplinary artist inspired by ancestry and fuelled by injustice who is generating the unpredictable, speaking truth to power and reorienting hierarchies.
RSVP
This event is free to attend but please register to attend below.
BATHROOM
Please note that the Story Lounge does not have a bathroom but visitors can use the public bathrooms across Hay Street Mall at the Food Court.
THANK YOU
Story Lounge would not be possible without the Humich Group who donated the Hay Street Mall shopfront to activate the CBD for local writers and artists, as well as financial support from the City of Perth.
