Poetry Workshop

This event will be taking place in-person at the Centre for Stories. In order to ensure that social distancing requirements are met, capacity is limited to 6 people. Please RSVP ASAP to avoid missing out!


Poetry Workshop is a safe and dynamic space where you can craft your poetry and offer feedback to other poets. It provides a collaborative opportunity to share your work-in-progress. It will be focussed on page poets who consider themselves to be emerging. Bringing a poem and providing constructive comments on others’ work is a must.

Siobhan Hodge

Siobhan Hodge has a PhD in English literature. She has had critical and creative works published in a range of places, including Cordite, Westerly, Axon, Contrapasso, Peril and Plumwood Mountain. Her upcoming chapbook, to be published with Cordite Books, is called Justice for Romeo.

The Centre is a ten minute walk from the Perth train station and the Perth Busport, and is serviced by regular CAT buses.

Parking
Parking is available at the CPP Aberdeen street car park (25 metre walk) or at Wilsons car park on Zempilas St (10 metres).

Wheelchair access is provided. The Centre for Stories aims to be an inclusive and supportive community venue, please contact us if you have any questions.
