Lit Live is great short stories, read by great storytellers.

Every month producer and presenter Sarah McNeill chooses the best short fiction from around the world, and selects the best local actors to read them.

The theme for September is A Family Affair with stories from and about every member of the family.

Come and enjoy an engaging and relaxed evening of entertainment with like-minded people. 


Due to COVID-19 this event has limited numbers and requires guests to practice physical distancing. If you have symptoms of cold and flu please do not attend.

Sarah McNeill

Actor Sarah McNeill graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, at 19-years-old McNeill moved to Melbourne to work in film, television and theatre, where she met her husband Greg while they played husband and wife in new Australia play Jam Tomorrow. She now runs Lit Live at the Centre for Stories.

The Centre is a ten minute walk from the Perth train station and the Perth Busport, and is serviced by regular CAT buses.

Parking
Parking is available at the CPP Aberdeen street car park (25 metre walk) or at Wilsons car park on Zempilas St (10 metres).

Wheelchair access is provided. The Centre for Stories aims to be an inclusive and supportive community venue, please contact us if you have any questions.
