Exploring Life Cycles with the Word Sisters

Join the Word Sisters for a performance, discussion and workshop exploring movement, speech and writing processes.

Nov 26, 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

Story Lounge

Join the Word Sisters – storytellers, writers and performers Jenny Hill, Dale Irving, Renate Millonig and Rosemary Stevens – as they present selected scenes from 12 Portals, a performance of biographical stories encompassing the universal life journey in 7-year cycles. The performance will be followed by brief discussion, leading into a workshop in which Word Sisters share key techniques to guide participants through simple movement, speech and writing processes to explore their own life journey.

Word Sisters draw on Rudolf Steiner and Michael Chekhov’s actor training methods, as well as Jungian-based Authentic Movement.
