City Retreat at the Centre for Stories

The Centre for Stories is pleased to announce that we will have an in-house writing retreat for 2019. Over the course of five days, you will be able to use our facilities and write during the day with like-minded people. This will help create a sense of community, give you the time you need, and provide the right conditions in which to produce your best work. We will provide lunch and a collegiate atmosphere, and, our staff will be on hand to help out with specific questions. Our facilities include a fully functioning kitchen, free tea & coffee, onsite printing, use of meeting room (with prior booking), car parking nearby, and easily accessible public transport. You will also have the opportunity to attend Write Night for free. 

All you need to do is show up from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday beginning on March 11th until March 15th.

Public Transport
The Centre is a ten minute walk from the Perth train station and the Perth Busport, and is serviced by regular CAT buses.

Parking
Parking is available at the CPP Aberdeen street car park (25 metre walk) or at Wilsons car park on Zempilas St (10 metres).

Access
Wheelchair access is provided. The Centre for Stories aims to be an inclusive and supportive community venue, please contact us if you have any questions.
